Join Adrian Klein and Kevin McNeal for a spectacular outing into the historic and lush Columbia River Gorge. This is one of Adrian's favorite places to photograph and can't wait for spring time as the photographic opportunities here are endless. We will hike into some amazing waterfalls with lush vibrant green moss like only an enchanted forest paradise would have. The wildflowers on the plateau and hills are worth the visit alone and we will see these as well. Orchards fill the Hood River Valley and offer views of the spring blossoms and near by mountains. There truly is something for everyone on this tour!
Friday to Sunday we will be staying the splendid Gorge photographing from sunrise to sunset most days. We will spend most of the time in the field yet we will have some time set aside just for covering processing and workflow. Helping to bring that snap, crackle and pop to your images.
Lodging and meals are not included yet we will give recommendations of lodging and help you out in any way we can. Additionally, we plan to rent a house in Hood River for particpants to lodge at. Aske prior clients and you will see that staying in the same place greatly enchances the overall learning experience. We will eat most if not all meals together as this time is an important part of each workshop. For transportation it will be up to each participant to make their way to the gorge. We will however car pool when possible to make parking and traveling easier, along with this being friendlier on our environment. We look forward to photographing with you in the one of a kind Columbia River Gorge in 2010. If you are not sure what you are missing just some of our testamonials.
